Bismillahir Rohmanir Rohim
He commanded the women to sit in their houses with dignity, exalted every Muslim to the status of a princess, and commanded them to cover their breasts with their headscarves. Praise be to Allaah, Who envied the non-mahrams even to their voices and provided them with perfect protection and perfect inviolability. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) warned the Ummah to beware of crystals, and called on women to be careful of their delicate bodies like crystals, their precious chastity like crystals, and their transparent hearts like crystals. .
Today, we intend to stand on the sidelines and comment on some of the issues that have been hurting us from time to time.We ask Allah the Almighty to make the reader and listener understand it correctly, not to draw it in different directions, to interpret it in their own way, and not to utter vain words. So, the topic is the issue of women singing in different circles, recording it on tape, presenting it to the public and shooting clips of the said songs. Tawfiq from Allah ...
“Nashid” is said to raise the voice a little, polish it with melody, and sing a poem or rhyme.
In today's terminology, beautiful names of Allah, salawat, or love of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) are sung, and songs about Ramadan, the Qur'aan, the cities of Mecca and Medina, and similar Islamic slogans are sung.Our Shari'ah allows men and women to recite nasheed in order to record the heart in non-mahram circles. It is permissible for women to recite nasheed for brides on the day of marriage, and for men to recite nasheed on the days of Eid.For example, in the presence of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), Hassan ibn Thabit, 'Amir ibn' Aqwa, and Anjasha recited their poems in melody. There are narrations that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) himself recited rhymes in order to forget hunger and fatigue while digging a trench.Imam Bukhari (may Allaah have mercy on him) narrated from Anas ibn Malik that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) saw that we were thirsty and weak.
“O Allah, there is no life except the life of the Hereafter
Forgive the Ansar and the emigrants. " In response, the Companions:
“We are the ones who pledged allegiance to Muhammad
As long as we are alive, we should do jihad. "
Ibn Abu Shayba narrated on the authority of Abu Salama ibn Abdur-Rahman with a hasan sanad:“The Companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) were not weak, inactive, weak. they sang poems in their mutual meetings, and by doing so they denied how much they had done in their ignorance. '
The above narrations prove that it is permissible to say nashid. It has its own conditions and needs to be followed.At first, the songs were sung in circles, and later they were recorded and distributed on audiotape. As "Development" escalated, videos began to appear. Now, we have less than the artists, they are useless, they are sinful singers, and we are in the service of Islam. What is this? Wearing a wreath on your head, you run from garden to garden, and at a glance, you take a clip with your group, pavilion the house of God, which Sheikh Muhammad Sadiq Muhammad Yusuf began to build with dreams and good intentions ... Maybe you will stop? Maybe enough ?!
1. Not to use various musical instruments used by singers;
2. Not to indulge in narcissism and spend a lot of time on it in order to develop it. The reason is not to be distracted from the obligatory and obligatory deeds.
3. In the text of Nashid there are words that are vulgar and make people feel bad, the voices of women do not interfere;
4. The recitation of nasheeds does not resemble the songs of the fiqh singers;
5. The voice of the narrator should not be as loud as that of the singers;
6. Taking nasheed as a profession and an art and not dealing with it separately.
7. Not to perform in a way that makes the listener feel impressed only by the sensations, sound and music that arise when he hears the song of the singers. This is the most common situation in today's nasheeds. When the perfection of the music, the arrangement of the voices, the professionalism of the singers in the style of utterance is clearly seen in the songs, the listener is fascinated not by the meaning of the song, but by its performance.
Now back to the topic. Numerous fatwas, opinions of cyber scholars, and general views on this subject have been studied. (If you are interested, we can recommend references, books. If necessary, these fatwas and information will be translated, insha'Allah.) Women are not allowed in any way to sing flirtatious, flamboyant, professionally arranged songs. Those who allowed it set a number of conditions, none of which are found in today's naughty girls. These conditions have been mentioned above.
There are three major jurisprudential issues in the way women sing, record it, and present it to the public, especially to NON-MARRIAGE MEN:
1 First of all, the woman's singing. Does it make sense for Muslims, who are also refrained from giving a bite, to stand on the stage and sing unnecessarily when the non-mahram imam goes astray during the prayer, given that the people in the congregation hear it?
2 Second, the recording of women's voices on the device itself is a big controversy. In the right voice, it is permissible if the prohibition is munkar, the command is good, and it is in the sense of imparting knowledge. As long as the person who hears it does not experience intrigue, love of sound. However, it is not permissible to say it if the non-mahrams see and listen to it.
3 Thirdly, it is absolutely not permissible for non-mahrams to see a picture of an unnecessary woman, the appearance of which is recorded on video! So, are the melodies of our esteemed nasheed girls a shar'i necessity?
If we look at history, we will not find any Companion in the Age of Bliss who recited the Nasheed to the Companions, who valued his honor, dignity and dignity.This work was carried out by maids, maids, who had no value as human beings, and were not even obliged to cover their private parts. We do not even know that the wives or daughters of abominable people like Abu Jahl or Abu Lahab did such a thing. Is it possible that the Muslims, who are free today, who have free will, do what the ancient slave maids, the currents, did? The verse “Do not speak softly” which was revealed to the wives of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) as a command to the Muslims of the ummah was revealed at a time called Saadat, during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).How can it be sung today in the age of those whose hearts are hardened, whose disease is darkened not only on the inside but also on the outside, who have been warned that a softer voice may affect those who are known to be in heaven?
If you are a little critical of the sincere heart, or rather remind you of the truth, they will make arrogant claims that we are serving Islam, that we are creating love for the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). Look at the facelessness! They serve them by the deeds forbidden by Allah and His Messenger. Ajib! What, has there not been an easier, more lustful, lighter way of serving our religion?I didn’t know how much you benefited, I didn’t even hear from anyone, but your harm is clearly touching. Impressed by you, our girls, who are interested in singing, are encouraged to sing nasheed instead of memorizing the Qur'an, and are sometimes distracted and lame. That is a fact. Do you think that I will honor religion, that I will be a saint in religion, by raising your voice like a shepherd, tickling one's feelings, and imagining that if there is a husband, I would do two, three or four without him? I myself am a witness that I can testify in both worlds that two men said stinking words, "What a voice it is, what a thing it is." Do you serve my religion?
Even so, in a time when adultery is cheap, women are cheap, and hadiths about abstinence are suppressed, your work is absolutely superfluous!
I have read the current hadith, which you will prove to you, even though I have read its commentaries before, more and more diligently, in the language of many commentators. First of all, the current is said to be underage girls.Second, they were singing specifically for our single Aisha mother. The fact that the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) came and turned his back silently and lay down wrapped in his clothes also shows that this was not a bad thing. Firstly, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not listen to the girls, and secondly, because it was a holiday, he did not look at 'Aa'ishah's heart and remained silent. However, the fact that Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) came and made a strong pilgrimage showed that this was not the right thing to do.So, ladies, which one of you is a minor girl? Which one of you is a maid? Which one of you is only singing for women? You can't answer!
Another famous saying is "If you are pious, do not listen!" Believe me, no one who knows you will listen to you, except those whose ears have become accustomed to satanic music and who cannot stand without hearing music, who are now trying to understand religion.In the science of usul al-fiqh, there is the rule of Balwai omma. To justify deeds that are originally haram, God forbid, is a dangerous act of faith. It is haram for men to hear Nashida being told by women. Who guarantees that he will not be afflicted in the end by believing that he will serve the religion by singing, following the permits? What is the difference between a false claim that I will marry a pagan and convert him to Islam with the intention of calling him to Islam?If people are left without singing, if Islam is degraded, if its greatness is destroyed without this greatness, if Muslims do not develop, then give the job to their masters and singers. Here are the poor people who are repeating the same song about Ramadan. Well, if it is necessary to sing as a matter of time, then such a low task should be performed by singers, not by girls with headscarves, who are the symbol of today's Muslims, who are studying in high schools, and whose status is in a great place. They would have both bread money and "RELIGION SERVICE".We have a lot to say. However, the summary of everything is beautiful. At the end of my speech, I quoted a saying of Ahmad ibn Hanbal: “If a person buys a maid and then finds out that he has a singing habit, it is a sin, you can give it back to the owner and get your money back. Because singing is a crime "The gang is the child, nephew and grandson of women who can play two or three different musical instruments and recite the ghazals of Navoi, Mashrab, Fuzuli and Mukhlis in small family circles. Don’t think of him as a fool who doesn’t understand art. These are the words of a fellow believer who grew up writing poetry, in the company of women who are different from music, but whom even non-mahram men and mahram men do not hear.
